BJP Releases Second List of Candidates for Lok Sabha Election 2024

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled its second list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024, featuring prominent leaders from various regions across India.

Former Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has been named as the candidate for the Karnal constituency, highlighting the party's strategic choices for key positions.

Other senior leaders included in the list are Nitin Gadkari, who will contest from Nagpur, and Piyush Goyal, who has been nominated for the Mumbai North seat.

Anurag Thakur, known for his active role in parliamentary proceedings, is set to contest from Hamirpur, further solidifying the BJP's lineup for the upcoming polls.

The list also includes Tejasvi Surya, who will represent Bangalore South, and Pankaja Munde, contesting from Beed, reflecting the party's efforts to field candidates with diverse backgrounds and appeal.

Trivendra Singh Rawat, Nitin Gadkari, Ashok Tanwar, Chaudhary Dharambir Singh, Rao Inderjit Singh Yadav, BY Raghavendra, Basavaraj Bommai, Shobha Karandlaje, and Bharati Pravin Pawar are among the other notable candidates featured in the list.

The BJP had earlier released its first list of candidates, comprising over 190 contenders, for the parliamentary polls scheduled to take place in April-May.

The announcement of the second list underscores the party's comprehensive approach to selecting candidates and mobilizing support across different constituencies ahead of the elections.
