Congress Accuses BJP of Obstructing Congress President's Address in Rajya Sabha Amidst Foreign Policy Debate

Meanwhile, the "INDIA" alliance, comprising 26 opposition parties, made a symbolic protest against the Manipur violence by wearing black clothes in Parliament.
