Telugu Desam Alleges YSRC Government's Failure in Fulfilling Promises to Christians
E. Swami Das, the state Christian cell president of Telugu Desam, criticized the YSRC government, alleging that it has not delivered on its promises to Christians in the state. He highlighted unfulfilled commitments made before the 2019 polls, including surpassing schemes implemented by the previous Telugu Desam government. Telugu Desam pledges to address these issues if victorious in the upcoming elections, promising identity cards, insurance facilities, recognition of the Christian Corporation, construction of burial grounds and support for churches, among other initiatives.
