BJP Forms Electoral Alliance with Jana Sena and TDP in Andhra Pradesh
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has reached an electoral agreement with Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena and Chandrababu Naidu's Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Andhra Pradesh ahead of the upcoming assembly and Lok Sabha elections. The agreement includes seat-sharing arrangements, with the BJP and Jana Sena likely to contest eight out of 24 Lok Sabha seats and the TDP expected to receive the majority of assembly seats. The TDP has been invited to rejoin the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) after severing ties in 2018.
