Visakhapatnam Port Authority Allocates Rs. 30 Lakh for City Beautification Project at Convent Junction
The Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) has pledged a contribution of Rs. 30 lakh towards the city beautification project, with a particular focus on enhancing the aesthetics of Convent Junction. VPA Chairman M. Angamuthu inaugurated the project, emphasizing the city's beauty and the port's commitment to supporting its development. The initiative includes various enhancements such as the installation of LED strip lighting, improvement of greenery, and beautification of the flyover. GVMC Commissioner Saikanth Varma outlined the planned developmental works, expressing gratitude for VPA's support. The event was attended by dignitaries including Police Commissioner A. Ravi Shankar.
