Hannah Martin lives with three out of five of her children whom she shares with her past boyfriend. She spoke about her heartbreaking experience and her sacrifice. Hannah was pregnant for the first time when she was only 19 years old and gave birth to a daughter named Adriana.
She faced a similar situation in 2013 when Hannah was 21. She had to put her son Tyler up for adoption just like Hannah had unfortunately done with her first child after she gave birth because of the financial and emotional instability she faced while raising him.
