Sean 'Diddy' Combs may need to reconsider the $62 million asking price for his Holmby Hills mansion according to real estate expert Bo Belmont. Belmont recently shared his perspective with TMZ calling the property underwhelming

Belmont revealed that his company submitted an offer of $30 million—less than half of the listed price.He stated this amount reflects what they believe the mansion is worth considering it falls short of the expectations for a $60 million property.

Belmont's company previously purchased Kanye West's Malibu house at a price significantly lower than the singer's original asking price. If Combs counters their $30 million bid Belmont's team plans to withdraw the offer entirely and instead propose $27.5 million.

As for the home’s history Belmont seemed unfazed by any controversies or rumors associated with it. He mentioned plans to completely redesign the interior giving the mansion a fresh look and feel effectively distancing
