Tresvant said that the real strength lies in admitting what they don't know and added that it was the leadership advice he was given while taking over the company as CEO in January 2024.
In his LinkedIn podcast Tresvant explained that before he wanted to master everything in any field he had the opportunity in and added that following the advice he received he tried to be a black belt in marketing and a brown belt in everything else.
Tresvant asked people to find the right people to help them citing that he has no knowledge of a CFO but hired a brilliant one that could help him develop and maintain the business well.
