Vikrant Masseystarrer 'The Sabarmati Report' has just released in cinemas on Friday November 15. The movie is based on events that led up to the 2002 Godhra train burning incident Godhra train burning incident. The film has received mixed reviews so far and now PM Narendra Modi has come out in its support

It is good that this truth is coming out and that too in a way common people can see it. A fake narrative can persist only for a limited period of time.

The Sabarmati Report has seen a growth at the box office due to positive word of mouth. On Friday it had an opening of only Rs 1.25 crore. On Saturday the movie made around Rs 2 crore. On Sunday there was further growth as it made Rs 3.25 crore.

Apart from Vikrant Massey the movie also stars Raashii Khanna and Riddhi Dogra. Vikrant got a lot of love after his film '12th Fail' was praised by one and all and became a sleeper hit at the box office.
