Neha revealed that she has been struggling with the condition for the past year and felt at times like she wouldn’t be able to overcome it.
In 2024 I got worst I was isolating lost my will and joy in music, life and even friends. I changed therapists I did yoga pranayam I stopped working but the demon Pmdd was everywhere I went."
Neha also shared that she is now feeling better thanks to the support and treatment she has been receiving and that she is gradually learning to "cope and hope."
The singer captioned her text post: "This world grows on love. Love and let love . I dont feel very comfortable writing about my life in this manner to open up to speculation especially when I am healing is not my idea of fun but it can be unfair to be in pain and to be subjected to more pain and expect to always endure in silence."
