Following Kuwait, Qatar to Deploy Aircraft to Nagpur for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)

Nagpur: The fourth Kuwait Airways aircraft has departed following maintenance at the MRO of AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) on the Mihan-SEZ premises. Kuwait Airways is currently planning to send another plane here for maintenance. Qatar Airways is also interested in having their aircraft serviced at Nagpur MRO. According to AIESL sources, preparations are ongoing for a maintenance and overhaul agreement with Kuwait Airways. At the same time, AIESL is hard at work preparing to serve Qatar Airways. Nagpur MRO has at tempted to establish an international reputation for service by doing timely and quality repair on all four Kuwait Airways aircraft.

It is worth noting that Kuwait Airways' four Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft were subjected to extensive maintenance from September to November. The Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) depot at Mihan-SEZ became operational in

2015. The facility has handled aircrafts from country and abroad.
