In a submission before HC ED gave the instance of twoland deals to argue that Goyal's bail must be cancelled as the deals amounted to 'contravention' on his part which required HC's attention.
The issue raised by the petitioner of manipulation in the date of transfer and subsequent upload on MCA website is a matter of concern and will be investigated in coordination with MCA/SFIO where Lalit Goyal and IREO group are a matter of investigation
