BJP Leaders Respond to Lalu Yadav's 'No Family' Remark with 'Modi ka Parivaar'

In a collective response to RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav's recent remarks questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi's familial ties, top BJP leaders have added 'Modi ka Parivaar' (Modi's family) to their social media bios. The move aims to express solidarity and refute Lalu Yadav's assertion that PM Modi lacks a family.
The gesture was initiated by BJP leader Majinder Singh Sirsa, who added 'Modi ka Parivaar' to his social media bio and emphasized that members of the INDI alliance cannot insult PM Modi's family, as every Indian citizen is considered part of Modi's family. The move was echoed by other BJP leaders, including Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Nitin Gadkari, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and more, underscoring their support for PM Modi and his leadership.
Responding to Lalu Prasad's remarks, PM Modi addressed the issue during an address in Telangana's Adilabad, asserting that his life is an open book, and every Indian citizen, numbering 140 crore, is part of his family. He criticized the INDI alliance leaders for their corruption, nepotism, and appeasement politics, emphasizing his commitment to serving the entire nation.
BJP leader Shehzad Poonawalla condemned Lalu Yadav's personal comments on PM Modi, highlighting the familial connections of other political leaders and emphasizing the unity of Indians as part of Modi's family. Similarly, state cm" target="_blank">Deputy CM Vijay Sinha and JDU leader Neeraj Kumar criticized Lalu Yadav for his derogatory remarks, stating that such language is unbecoming of a political leader.
Lalu Yadav's remarks were made during the RJD's 'Jan Vishwas Maha Rally' in Patna, where he accused PM Modi of spreading hatred in the name of religion and questioned his Hindu identity. He further alleged that PM Modi does not have a family and criticized him for not following traditional Hindu rituals during his mother's funeral.
