The association also highlighted issues with public reviews recorded right after first-day-first-show screenings. They accused some YouTubers of using exaggerated headlines to grab attention which they believe misleads
The statement included an analogy comparing movie reviews to restaurant criticism: “No one would say their life was ruined by a single bad meal and if someone did, restaurants would take strong action.”
The association concluded by emphasizing that while critics have the right to share their views this should not lead to spreading negativity or hatred on public platforms.
