On November 18 Buckingham Palace London announced the passing of Queen Camilla's rescue dog Beth. Paying a tribute to the dog a carousel of photos featuring Beth along with Queen Camilla was shared and it was captioned:

The photos show Queen Camilla walking Beth an adopted female Jack Russell Terrierbreed. The Queen adopted Beth in 2012 and over the years it became her close companion after her other dog Bluebell which she adopted in 2011. Beth lost her life due to an untreatable tumor.

In 2016 because of the immense love that Queen Camilla had over pets Queen Elizabeth made her patron of Battersea Cats and Dogs which is a rescue home for pets. Camilla even included her dogs in official portraits and incorporated them in her coronation outfit which happened in 2023.

Following Beth's death the Chief Executive Officer of the rescue dog home took to Instagram to say: "We're very sad to hear about Beth's passing. Our thoughts are with Their Majesties at this time and we know how difficult it is to lose a

Beth once even appeared on the television charity show For the Love of Dogs and won over many hearts for showcasing a playful spirit. Queen Camilla's attachment to Beth might be traced back to her strong affinity with dogs from her own childhood experiences.

In a Twitter post King Charles said that he would often go for dog walks with Camilla and they often played with their dogs Beth and Bluebell. In the video Queen questioned King Charles if he loves Beth and he replied: "Yes I do. She's the funniest dog ever."
